Hardware Design Engineer – Mid Level

are seeking a skilled Hardware Design Engineer with 2.5–3 years of hands-on experience in embedded electronics design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and validating high-performance hardware for industrial and IoT products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design schematics and PCBs for embedded systems (microcontrollers, sensors, communication modules).
• Develop high-speed digital and precision analog circuits.
• Low Power Devices
• Work with microcontroller families such as STM32, ESP32, PIC, nRF, and similar.
• Perform circuit simulation, signal integrity checks, and thermal analysis.
• Validate and test hardware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab tools.
• Collaborate with firmware engineers for board bring-up and debugging.
• Prepare BOMs, fabrication data (Gerbers, drill files, pick-and-place), documentation, and manufacturing files for production.
• Ensure compliance with EMC/EMI and relevant safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 2.5–3 years of experience in hardware design.
• Strong knowledge of schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium, KiCad, or similar).
• Exposure to power circuit design, signal quality considerations, and mixed analog–digital circuits (preferred).
• Familiarity with CAN, UART, I²C, SPI, BLE, and other similar interfaces.
• Experience with test equipment and debugging techniques.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RF circuit design.
• Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Test).
• Previous work on IoT or industrial electronics products.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
