Hardware Support Engineer

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, including motherboards, RAM, hard drives, and peripheral devices.
• Perform routine maintenance, system checks, and repairs to ensure smooth hardware performance.
• Replace and upgrade faulty components in PCs, laptops, and servers.
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware-related problems.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims, repairs, and hardware replacements.
• Maintain hardware inventory and update asset records regularly.
• Assist in setting up hardware for new employees (systems, monitors, peripherals).
• Ensure compliance with company IT standards and security guidelines.
• Support IT team in infrastructure-related projects and system upgrades.

Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month
