Jr. Data Center Engineer

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of data center equipment (servers, switches, storage, etc.).
• Monitor data center infrastructure for performance, availability, and security.
• Support routine backup, patching, and system updates under senior supervision.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, network, and connectivity issues.
• Help in maintaining cooling, power, and cabling standards within the data center.
• Document incidents, system changes, and update equipment inventory records.
• Provide on-site support during system upgrades, migrations, or maintenance activities.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors as required.
• Follow IT policies, procedures, and safety guidelines within the data center.
• Participate in 24/7 shift-based monitoring and support when required.
