IT System Technician

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows/Mac/Linux).
• Support user account management, password resets, and access rights in Active Directory or other systems.
• Perform routine system checks, backups, and updates.
• Install and update software applications as per company requirements.
• Monitor and resolve system performance issues, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and update documentation regularly.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
