IT Support Assistant

Islamabad, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, document, and track user complaints.
  • Classify and prioritize issues in the Complaint Management System (CMS).
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, OS, and networking issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution or escalation of complaints.
  • Deliver excellent customer support and complaint management service.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk/complaint management systems.
  • Understanding of basic IT security principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
