Senior Healthcare Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Administrator to oversee and improve daily hospital and healthcare facility operations in Riyadh. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare operations professional who can ensure efficient service delivery, strong patient experience, and smooth coordination across departments.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily operations of healthcare or hospital departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate between medical, administrative, and support teams
• Improve patient experience through better service processes and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulations, and internal policies
• Support staffing coordination, scheduling, and workforce planning
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports for leadership
• Identify process improvements to enhance service quality and reduce delays
• Manage administrative systems, documentation, and healthcare records processes
• Support budgeting and resource allocation in coordination with leadership

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare administration, hospital operations, or healthcare management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Understanding of healthcare systems and operational workflows
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards is an advantage
• Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not strictly required

Pay: ﷼14,000.00 - ﷼28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
