Senior Healthcare Technology Manager

Job Summary:
mCare Asia Healthcare Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Healthcare Technology Manager to lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of healthcare IT systems and digital health solutions. This role is responsible for managing healthcare platforms, clinical technology systems, and digital transformation initiatives that improve patient care, operational efficiency, and data-driven healthcare delivery. If you are an experienced healthcare technology leader with strong IT and clinical systems expertise, this is a key opportunity in Kuwait’s healthcare innovation sector.

What you'll do:

• Lead deployment and management of healthcare technology systems and digital health platforms
• Oversee integration of hospital information systems (HIS), EMR/EHR, and clinical applications
• Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards
• Collaborate with medical staff, IT teams, and vendors to optimize healthcare workflows
• Manage digital transformation projects across healthcare facilities and services
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and user experience across healthcare platforms
• Implement data management, interoperability, and healthcare analytics solutions
• Support troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous system improvements
• Evaluate new healthcare technologies and recommend strategic implementations
• Lead technical teams and coordinate cross-functional healthcare IT initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare IT, health informatics, or medical systems management
• Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems, HIS platforms, and healthcare software solutions
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, data privacy, and compliance standards
• Strong project management and technical leadership skills
• Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, or clinics is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems integration abilities
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and healthcare cybersecurity is an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Pay: KD2,500.000 - KD4,200.000 per month
