Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced male hospitality professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury or 5-star service environments. The role requires a polished, service-driven individual capable of delivering exceptional guest experiences while representing the company with professionalism, confidence, and discretion.

The successful candidate will play a key role in guest relations, service excellence, and operational coordination, ensuring all interactions reflect the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality guest services that consistently meet 5-star hospitality standards.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide solutions to enhance overall experience.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and smooth daily operations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate recommendations.
• Support, guide, and mentor junior staff on service standards, etiquette, and best hospitality practices.
• Ensure impeccable personal presentation, conduct, and adherence to company service protocols at all times.
• Assist in guest arrivals, VIP handling, events, and concierge-style services when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or guest services, preferably within 5-star hotels, luxury residences, resorts, or premium service environments.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage high-profile guests and demanding service expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and service-focused mindset.
