Position: Senior Hostess

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Senior Hostess to join our team. As the Senior Hostess, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest has a delightful and seamless experience from arrival to departure. Your leadership and exceptional service will set the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Guest Reception: Warmly greet guests, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Reservation Management: Handle and record dining reservations, and manage the waiting list in coordination with the Guest Relations Manager.
• Seating Arrangements: Offer appropriate seating options based on guest preferences and restaurant capacity.
• Dining Room Setup: Oversee the setup of dining rooms and ensure reservation arrangements are in place.
• Order Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of guest orders.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep tables and the host area clean and organized.
• Professional Appearance: Adhere to grooming and personal hygiene standards at all times.
• Staff Assistance: Support waitstaff and head waiters as needed.
• Guest Interaction: Provide positive and professional greetings, address guest concerns and complaints effectively.
• Scheduling: Manage the schedules for the hosting team.
• Team Communication: Attend regular departmental briefings and foster open communication within the team.
• Additional Duties: Perform other relevant tasks as assigned to support restaurant operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine dining concept.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian, French, Italian, Spanish, or Arabic are highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with restaurant software and computer systems.
• Customer Orientation: Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a passion for exceptional customer service.
• Team Player: Cooperative and supportive team member with the ability to perform under stress.
• Energy and Enthusiasm: High energy level and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guests' needs are met.
