About the Role
At Wonderland Nagarkot Hospitality and Leisure Group Ltd, we deliver premium guest experiences that combine operational excellence with world class service standards. As we expand our presence in Doha, we are seeking a Senior Hotel Operations Manager to lead day to day hotel operations and elevate service quality across all departments.
This role goes beyond supervision. You will drive performance, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead cross functional teams to deliver consistent and memorable hospitality experiences. You will be the key decision maker on operational standards, efficiency, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily hotel operations including front office housekeeping food and beverage and guest services
Team Leadership
Lead train and mentor department heads and staff to maintain high performance and service standards
Guest Experience
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback resolving escalations and improving service delivery
Financial Oversight
Manage budgets control operational costs and ensure revenue targets are met
Process Improvement
Identify operational gaps and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service quality
Compliance and Standards
Ensure compliance with health safety and hospitality regulations and maintain brand standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
Minimum 7 years in hotel operations with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
Industry Background
Strong experience in hospitality hotels or resort operations is required
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to manage teams across multiple departments and drive performance
Operational Knowledge
Deep understanding of hotel operations budgeting and service standards
Communication Skills
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
Mindset
Results driven proactive and focused on delivering high quality guest experiences
