Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations across client facilities. The role ensures cleaning services meet company and client standards, while managing staff, schedules, quality checks, and compliance with health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Supervise and assign daily housekeeping tasks across client sites.
•  Conduct inspections to ensure hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
•  Lead, train, and monitor housekeeping staff performance.
•  Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
•  Manage inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
•  Maintain records, reports, and support client audits/inspections.

Qualifications:

•  Valid Iqama (for candidates in Saudi Arabia).
•  4–6 years’ housekeeping experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role (FM, healthcare, or large facilities preferred).
•  Strong leadership and team management skills.
•  Knowledge of cleaning techniques, machinery, and chemicals.
•  Proficient in MS Office; good communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
