Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Senior HR Executive (Male) to manage HR operations and ensure statutory compliance. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of labour laws and legal compliances, and the ability to handle employee relations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement.

-Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labour laws, and statutory regulations.

-Handle HR documentation, policies, and audits.

-Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports in MS Excel.

-Address employee grievances and support performance management.

Requirements:

-Male candidates only.

-Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.6-8 years of experience in HR operations and compliance.

-Strong knowledge of labour laws & legal compliance.Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.

-Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,798.91 - ₹30,000.00 per month
