Job Description:

We are seeking a organized HR Administrator who is willing to learn and work for Human Resources department. The HR Administrator will be responsible for various administrative tasks including recruitment, record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, and assisting with payroll processing . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR functions, and a dedication to accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Process documentation related to employee life-cycle events such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to ensure they meet minimum qualifications.
  • Schedule interviews and manage the interview process calendar.
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
