Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and department heads
  • Drive organizational development and change management initiatives

Talent Management

  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and career development
  • Design and implement learning and leadership development programs

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and annual appraisal cycles
  • Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Oversee HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems
  • Manage audits, documentation, and statutory requirements

People Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, performance)
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree / MBA in HR preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
