Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and department heads
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
Talent Management
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes
- Lead performance management, succession planning, and career development
- Design and implement learning and leadership development programs
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
- Handle complex employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct salary benchmarking and annual appraisal cycles
- Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems
- Manage audits, documentation, and statutory requirements
People Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, performance)
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree / MBA in HR preferred
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
