Job Title: Senior HR & Admin Manager
Location: Swargate
Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 8+ Years
Compensation: 3 - 4 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for factory and staff-level positions including workers, supervisors, and technical staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and leave management using HRIS/biometric systems.
- Handle employee relations, discipline, and grievance redressal in accordance with labour laws.
- Drive employee training, skill development, and retention initiatives.
Payroll & Compliance:
- Manage accurate and timely processing of payroll for both staff and shop-floor employees.
- Ensure full compliance with all labour and industrial laws: PF, ESI, Factory Act Bonus Act, Minimum Wages, Gratuity, and others.
- Coordinate with statutory consultants and government bodies during inspections and audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for all HR and compliance-related activities.
Administration & Facility Management:
- Supervise general administration of the plant including housekeeping, security, canteen, transportation, and utilities.
- Manage vendor contracts, AMCs, procurement of office and factory supplies.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene protocols are maintained in line with ISO/OSH standards.
- Support ISO/quality audits and coordinate documentation with other departments.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in HRMS tools, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, production-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
