The Senior HR Analyst supports the HR function by providing data-driven insights, analytics, and reporting across all areas of compensation, benefits, and workforce planning. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to inform strategic decisions, improve processes, and ensure accuracy and compliance in HR systems. The Senior HR Analyst partners closely with HR leadership, Finance, and business partners to optimize the organization’s total rewards and workforce effectiveness.Collect, analyze, and report on HR metrics related to compensation, benefits, and headcount to support strategic and operational decisions.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to HR leadership and business units.
Support compensation and benefits programs by analyzing trends, modeling pay scenarios, and preparing data for annual reviews and audits.
Collaborate with HRIS to ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and efficient reporting processes.
Partner with Finance and HR leadership on workforce analytics, headcount planning, and labor cost forecasting.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to support compensation program design and maintenance.
Prepare analyses and presentations for executive leadership related to Total Rewards and HR strategy.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, pay transparency, and reporting regulations.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes through data and technology.
Support special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in HR analytics, compensation, or total rewards.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, or equivalent) and data reporting tools.
Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, workforce planning, and HR metrics.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or HR Analytics certification preferred.
Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Occasional travel may be required (1–2 times per year).
