Senior HR Analytics and HRIS Specialist

What do we expect from our new team member?

  • Designing Human Resources master data processes with an end-to-end process approach, focusing on automation and digitalization;
  • Managing and digitizing HRIS solutions, primarily SAP SuccessFactors (especially EC, ECP) and Group HR applications;
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining HR reports and dashboards tailored to management and stakeholder (HR Teams) needs;
  • Managing HR system modules, master data configurations, and reporting; Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and data integrity,
  • Managing system access permissions, designing master data and reporting authorization/approval processes, following security protocols, and working closely with technical support teams,
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing HR and HRIS systems by following best practices and trends in HR technologies; developing innovative solutions.


What kind of team member are we looking for?

  • Graduated from engineering, business administration, or economics and administrative sciences faculties of universities,
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR Analytics and HRIS,
  • Preferably experience working with HRIS systems (SAP SF),
  • Analytical thinking, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills,
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management competence,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Proficient in using MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/BI programs,
  • For male candidates, completed military service.
