About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Senior HR Associate to support and strengthen our HR operations at ORAI Robotics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, setting up processes, and driving people-focused initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles (sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollout).
- Improve hiring TAT through structured processes and strong stakeholder coordination.
- Drive seamless onboarding: documentation, induction sessions, HRIS setup, and 30-60-90 day follow-ups.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records across HRMS platforms (Keka HR / Workday / BambooHR).
- Handle monthly payroll inputs for 30+ employees—attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and CTC updates.
- Support compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, contracts, etc.).
- Draft HR letters: offers, confirmations, experience letters, warnings, and notices.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute engagement activities, team events, and internal communication campaigns.
- Conduct “Coffee with HR” conversations to understand concerns and maintain a healthy work culture.
- Track engagement impact through feedback, participation rates, and manager inputs.
4. Performance & L&D Support
- Coordinate goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and performance documentation.
- Assist in introducing basic L&D initiatives, internal training sessions, and tracking participation.
- Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.
5. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain simple HR dashboards: attendance, hiring metrics, attrition trends, and engagement data.
- Generate monthly HR reports for leadership review.
6. Exit & Offboarding Management
- Handle resignations, exit interviews, final settlements, and relieving documentation.
- Capture exit feedback to identify improvement areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, preferably in a startup/tech environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, and basic compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and set up processes from scratch.

Pay: ₹16,414.50 - ₹35,568.43 per month
