The Senior HR Associate will play a key role in supporting the company’s people strategy by leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes, enhancing employee engagement, and strengthening internal communication. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from workforce planning, sourcing, and interviewing to final hiring and onboarding—ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Additionally, the Senior HR Associate will design and implement engagement initiatives that foster a positive work environment, improve employee satisfaction, and support retention. The role will also oversee internal communications to ensure consistent, timely, and effective messaging across the organization. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Main responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for all assigned positions.

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, develop job profiles, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding activities.

Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.

Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline status, etc.) to support data-driven decision-making.
Employee Engagement

Develop, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.

Conduct engagement surveys, analyze results, and support action planning to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Support managers in implementing engagement plans and promoting best practices in team motivation and morale.
Internal Communication

Create and deliver clear, engaging internal communication content, including announcements, newsletters, and campaigns.

Ensure consistent, timely, and aligned communication across departments and support the implementation of communication strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure employees are informed and connected to organizational updates, initiatives, and achievements.
HR Operations & Support

Maintain accurate recruitment and engagement records on HR systems, trackers, and reports.

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives related to culture, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labor laws.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience

Solid understanding/experience with human resources, administration, recruitment & onboarding processes, handling employee relations issues, organizational planning & development, corrective action, regulatory reporting.
