Alkaffary Group is on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our HR team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment efforts by developing effective strategies to attract, select, and onboard high-quality candidates
  • Provide HR support to managers and employees on performance management, career development, and employee relations issues
  • Design and conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements in HR practices
  • Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture
  • Hands on experience in Organizational Development (OD)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of the Egyptian Labor laws a must and good understanding of the Saudi labor Law and HR compliance
  • Experience with HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in organizational development and change management is a plus
  • Good excellent Command of English
