Senior HR Business Partner

What You’ll Do

We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Center of Excellence in Pune . This is a critical role that partners closely with business and functional leaders to drive a strong talent pipeline, build leadership capability, enable a high‑performance inclusive culture, and support organizational effectiveness across a dynamic and growing GSC organization.

Key Responsibilities : As a trusted advisor, you will translate business priorities into impactful people strategies while strengthening a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned to Eaton’s values and the Eaton Business System

  • This position will also include responsibility of an HR Business partner for a team of 500+ employees to meet functional and corporate objectives, support respective teams for establishing and maintaining right environment and culture, assess organizational effectiveness, partner on talent acquisition, development, and retention plans
  • Serve as a trusted HR Partner to leaders and employees to business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, role clarity, and change management initiatives
  • Partner with managers on performance management, employee development, and complex employee relations matters
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and convert engagement insights into measurable, actionable interventions
  • Ensure compliance of human resources activities with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Support end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, policy deployment, employee lifecycle management, and audits
  • Manage employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary actions, and separations in compliance with statutory and company guidelines
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership capability building
  • Deliver HR projects and initiatives as required based on business priorities
  • Guide managers on performance management, goal alignment, and constructive feedback conversations
  • Track and analyze talent metrics (attrition, diversity, bench strength, mobility) to enable data‑driven decisions


Qualifications

Requirement :

  • Master’s degree (MBA) in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering, talent management, and HR operations.
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
