Senior HR Business Partner – Product Development

About the Role

We believe people are the core driver of sustainable growth and innovation. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our Product Development organization, partnering with engineering leaders to build high-performing, engaged and future-ready teams.

This role requires strong business acumen, hands-on HR expertise and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, product-driven and engineering-heavy environment.


What awaits you in this role?

• Act as a strategic HR partner to Product Development leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness, talent strategy and workforce planning.

• Partner closely with engineering managers on talent development, retention, career paths and succession planning, especially for technical roles.

• Lead and drive the performance management cycle, ensuring alignment with business and product goals.

• Provide coaching and advisory support to managers on leadership, feedback, team dynamics and employee relations.

• Contribute to building clear career frameworks for engineers (individual contributor & managerial paths).

• Support organizational design, team scaling and change initiatives in line with product roadmaps.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee-related topics within the Product Development teams.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on technical hiring, onboarding and employer branding for engineering roles.

• Partner with Total Rewards and HR Centers of Excellence on compensation, promotions and role changes.

• Use people data and insights to identify risks, opportunities and improvement areas within the organization.


What are we looking for in this position?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology or related fields.

• Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering.

• Proven experience working with engineering, R&D, product or technology teams is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of performance management, talent development and organizational design.

• Advanced level of English.

• Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into people strategies.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile and constantly evolving environment.

• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented approach.

• Experience with HR systems (SAP / Workday or similar) is a plus.
