Senior HR Consultant (1- Month Contract) – Dubai, UAE

We are seeking experienced Senior HR Consultant for a short-term 1-month assignment to provide strategic and operational HR support with strong expertise in UAE Labour Law, employee relations, workplace matters and HR compliance. The consultant will advise management on HR matters, support review and assessment processes where required, provide practical recommendations aligned with UAE employment regulations and professional standards.

The ideal candidate should have 8–10+ years of senior HR experience within the UAE, strong knowledge of UAE employment legislation, experience handling employee relations and workplace concerns, and excellent documentation and communication skills.
