Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Support recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding.
  • Advise on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Design and deliver training & development programs.
  • Implement and manage HR technology solutions.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workplace data to drive organizational improvements.

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong HR knowledge across talent management, compensation, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Business acumen to align HR practices with organizational objectives.
  • Analytical mindset for research, data interpretation, and solution development.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in consulting or corporate settings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
