Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Support recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding.
- Advise on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Design and deliver training & development programs.
- Implement and manage HR technology solutions.
- Analyze HR metrics and workplace data to drive organizational improvements.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Strong HR knowledge across talent management, compensation, compliance, and employee relations.
- Business acumen to align HR practices with organizational objectives.
- Analytical mindset for research, data interpretation, and solution development.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in consulting or corporate settings.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
