  • Recruitment and onboarding: Lead the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Payroll and benefits: Administer payroll, manage compensation and benefits plans, and act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding their benefits.
  • Employee relations: Address employee inquiries, support performance management processes, and assist with employee performance reviews.
  • HR administration: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and other systems, manage HR documentation, and handle administrative tasks for meetings and events.
  • Policy and compliance: Assist in the development and application of HR policies and procedures, and ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and government regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
