Senior HR Coordinator – Healthcare

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Coordinator with strong experience in HR Operations within a healthcare or hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with finance for accurate and timely salary processing
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with company and regulatory requirements
  • Handle employee relations matters, including queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Support performance management cycles and track employee evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and healthcare-related regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
  • Administer and maintain HR systems (HRIS) and generate HR reports when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is required
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance practices
  • Experience in payroll coordination and employee lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Odoo, SAP
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
