Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior HR Coordinator with strong experience in HR Operations within a healthcare or hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with finance for accurate and timely salary processing
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with company and regulatory requirements
- Handle employee relations matters, including queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Support performance management cycles and track employee evaluations
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and healthcare-related regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
- Administer and maintain HR systems (HRIS) and generate HR reports when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations
- Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is required
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance practices
- Experience in payroll coordination and employee lifecycle management
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Odoo, SAP
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
