Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports HR department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants
- Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll
- Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews
- Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Ensuring compliance with employment and UAE labor law
- Managing CEO's calendars and schedules
- Answering or screening emails, calls and in-person appointments
- Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries and supporting executives in completing expense reports
- Overseeing general office processes, such as ordering office supplies for departments
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience as an HR & Administration in UAE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong knowledge on UAE Labour Law
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Knowledge on Executive Assistant and Administration tasks
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
