Senior HR Executive

Fabritex Enterprises is looking for an energetic and motivated Senior HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should bring proven HR experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive initiatives independently while fostering a collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

· Maintain employee records and HR documentation

· Assist in policy implementation and compliance

· Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management

· Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries

· Take ownership of tasks and execute initiatives with minimal supervision

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

· 3–4 years of proven HR experience

· Energetic personality with a “can-do” attitude

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and drive results
