Senior HR Executive

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Ensure DHA/DOH licensing and credentialing compliance for clinical staff.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with UAE labour law and healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and attendance systems.
  • Manage HR systems and documentation, including contracts, leave, and benefits administration.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances; resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the medical centre's mission and values.
  • Plan and lead employee engagement and wellness programs.

4. Performance Management & Development

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and manage periodic staff evaluations.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate development programs.
  • Support managers and department heads in coaching and disciplinary actions.

5. Compliance & Policy Development

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, DOH regulations, and other healthcare industry standards.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Liaise with external legal and regulatory bodies as required.

Experience:

  • HR on healthcare sector: 4 years (Required)
