Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Ensure DHA/DOH licensing and credentialing compliance for clinical staff.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with UAE labour law and healthcare regulations.
- Oversee payroll coordination and attendance systems.
- Manage HR systems and documentation, including contracts, leave, and benefits administration.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances; resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the medical centre's mission and values.
- Plan and lead employee engagement and wellness programs.
4. Performance Management & Development
- Implement performance appraisal systems and manage periodic staff evaluations.
- Identify training needs and facilitate development programs.
- Support managers and department heads in coaching and disciplinary actions.
5. Compliance & Policy Development
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, DOH regulations, and other healthcare industry standards.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory changes.
- Liaise with external legal and regulatory bodies as required.
