Job Description
We are hiring a Senior HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations and support hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement. You will work closely with department heads and the HR Manager to keep people processes simple, timely, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment: Source, screen, schedule interviews, and close positions on time (Zoho Recruit/portals).

Onboarding: Offer letters, joining docs, induction, ID creation, and probation tracking.

Attendance & Payroll Support: Maintain attendance/leave data; share inputs with Accounts for payroll.

Compliance: PF, ESIC, gratuity, labour law registers, and vendor documentation.

HR Operations: Maintain employee files, HRIS/MIS, letters (confirmation, increment, warning, exit).

Performance Cycle: Assist in goal-setting, reviews, and appraisal documentation.

Training & Engagement: Coordinate trainings, run engagement activities, handle basic grievances.

Exit Process: Resignations, FnF inputs, exit interviews, asset recovery.
Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years in HR (generalist/recruitment) with plant/corporate exposure.

Education: Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Skills: Recruitment (job portals/LinkedIn/Zoho), MS Excel & Word, HRIS, basic labour laws, clear drafting in English & Hindi.
