Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and support HR operations for our retail business. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management while ensuring smooth HR processes across multiple retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for store and corporate staff.

Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.

Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention initiatives.

Support performance management, training, and development programs.

Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labour laws.

Partner with store managers for manpower planning and workforce management.

Requirements:

MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.

3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in retail.

Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll, and compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
