Senior HR Executive

Job Summary:

The Senior HR professional is responsible for overseeing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll, and compliance. This role ensures smooth HR operations, fosters a positive workplace culture, and supports management in aligning HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational objectives.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Monitor payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Identify training needs and support learning & development programs.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR roles (with at least 2–3 years in a senior position).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and payroll systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
