RK Engineering and Construction is a leading manufacturing and construction company with over 300 employees, multiple active project sites, and two manufacturing facilities. We specialize in delivering high-quality engineering and construction solutions to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical).
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leaves, and general HR matters.
• Coordinate and manage employee engagement activities, training programs, and events.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
• Monitor attendance, maintain leave records, and coordinate with the payroll team for timely salary processing.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Support in handling disciplinary actions and grievance redressal procedures.
• Liaise with site HR representatives and factory HR staff for coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
