Recruitment

  • Oversee the hiring process, including interviewing and hiring new staff
  • Design recruitment policies and strategies
  • Help shape the employer brand

Performance management

  • Use 360-degree performance management to gather feedback from peers, subordinates, and supervisors
  • Manage employee performance

Employee relations Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and top management, Address employee requests and grievances, and Counsel employees. Compliance

  • Ensure that the organization is compliant with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws

Onboarding

  • Plan and prepare for onboarding new employees
  • Ensure that new employees understand policies and procedures

Employee benefits Plan and oversee employee benefit programs and Develop strategies for pay and benefits. Other responsibilities

  • Monitor HR metrics like cost-per-hire and turnover rates
  • Evaluate spend plans for each division
  • Plan educational and professional development initiatives

Leadership

  • Define and monitor the HR team's objectives
  • Set objectives for the HR team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,628.44 - ₹43,869.85 per month
