Job Description:
Flavorade India is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Executive to handle the purchasing of food industry raw materials. The ideal candidate should have strong supplier management expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and an in-depth understanding of sourcing strategies for food-grade raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials in the food industry.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement of high-quality raw materials at competitive costs.
• Track market trends, price fluctuations, and new product developments.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for inventory planning.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business, Food Technology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in procurement/purchasing of food industry raw materials.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, flavors, additives, and other food raw materials.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.
