Job position: Vendor Manager.

Location: Santacruz W, Mumbai.

Compensation: 25000 to 35000 Monthly CTC

Timings: General Shift

Job Type: Full Time

Job duties:

· Evaluate, select, and onboard new vendors, managing existing relationships, and resolving issues.

· Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

· Monitor vendor performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure compliance with agreements and regulations.

· Analyze vendor spending patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate better prices.

· Build strong vendor relationships, resolve conflicts, and manage vendor expectations.

· Identify and assess potential risks associated with vendors and implement strategies to Maintain accurate vendor documentation, including contracts, performance metrics, and communication records.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor services with organizational needs and goals

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (preference will be given to degree of business administration, Commerce or Logistics, Transportation management, or related field.)
• Proven exposure in car rental industry.

Skills:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related data management tools.

· Familiarity with Indecab software or similar systems.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.

· Good communication skills to follow up with vendors and branch offices.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
