Ltd. is a corporate car rental and mobility solutions provider serving business clients, airport transfers, employee transportation, long-term leasing, and travel desk operations across major cities in India.We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily fleet and client coordination at our Indiranagar, Bengaluru branch.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate daily cab bookings and trip allocations.</li><li>Assign drivers and vehicles as per client requirements.</li><li>Monitor trip status and ensure on-time reporting.</li><li>Handle client calls and resolve operational issues.</li><li>Coordinate with drivers for duty timing, route updates, and compliance.</li><li>Maintain trip sheets, duty slips, and MIS reports.</li><li>Handle last-minute changes and emergency requirements.</li><li>Maintain strong coordination between Fleet Team.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in car rental / transport / logistics operations preferred.</li><li>Good knowledge of Bengaluru routes.</li><li>Strong coordination and multitasking skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.</li><li>Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred).</li><li>Ability to work in shifts if required.</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Salary ₹20,000 &ndash; ₹30,000 (based on experience)</li><li>Growth opportunities in expanding corporate mobility business</li><li>Supportive and fast-paced work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
