Shriji Car Rentals Pvt. Ltd. is a corporate car rental and mobility solutions provider serving business clients, airport transfers, employee transportation, long-term leasing, and travel desk operations across major cities in India.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily fleet and client coordination at our Indiranagar, Bengaluru branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cab bookings and trip allocations.
• Assign drivers and vehicles as per client requirements.
• Monitor trip status and ensure on-time reporting.
• Handle client calls and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with drivers for duty timing, route updates, and compliance.
• Maintain trip sheets, duty slips, and MIS reports.
• Handle last-minute changes and emergency requirements.
• Maintain strong coordination between Fleet Team.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in car rental / transport / logistics operations preferred.
• Good knowledge of Bengaluru routes.
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred).
• Ability to work in shifts if required.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
