Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
Support training & development and induction programs.
Address and resolve employee queries and grievances professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HR processes, and labor laws.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR / Management or equivalent field.
Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS portals preferred.
A proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional.
