We are a leading garment export house specializing in high-quality apparel manufacturing and international client servicing. Our team is passionate about design, quality, and timely delivery. We are seeking a dynamic HR Professional to manage and strengthen our human resource operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and office positions (merchandising, sampling, production, QA, etc.).
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Conduct interviews and onboarding of new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Maintain healthy employee relations and address grievances promptly.
- Implement employee engagement and welfare initiatives to improve morale and retention.
- Ensure discipline and compliance with company policies on the factory floor.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain personnel records, HR database, and statutory documentation.
- Handle performance appraisals and support training & development activities.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
- Coordinate with external consultants and government departments as needed.
Performance & Productivity:
- Support management in implementing HR strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for review by senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in HR within the garment export/manufacturing industry (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of factory HR operations and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
