Job Overview

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for various positions.
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate with department heads.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure MoHRE/Tasheel formalities.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee files, visa records, and HR database.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and prepare monthly HR reports.
  • Assist in payroll preparation (attendance, overtime, deductions).
  • Manage medical insurance additions, deletions, and claims.
  • Monitor probation periods and prepare confirmation/extension letters.

3. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
  • Support disciplinary procedures by preparing warning letters, memos, and notices.
  • Maintain a positive workplace culture through communication and support.

4. Performance & Compliance

  • Support performance appraisal process and KPI tracking.
  • Ensure HR policies are implemented and updated as per UAE Labour Law.
  • Coordinate training programs and skill development initiatives.

5. Visa & PRO Coordination

  • Liaise with PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID procedures.
  • Follow-up on labour contracts, WPS, and government portals (MoHRE, ICP).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in UAE (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law & HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
