Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full cycle from job descriptions to interviews, candidate experience, and new hire orientation.
- Employee Relations: Address workplace issues, improve morale, mediate conflicts, and support retention strategies.
- Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews, development plans, and training initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer benefits, payroll support, and compensation programs.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process HR data, and support HRIS systems.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in various HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (often preferred).
