Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full cycle from job descriptions to interviews, candidate experience, and new hire orientation.
  • Employee Relations: Address workplace issues, improve morale, mediate conflicts, and support retention strategies.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews, development plans, and training initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer benefits, payroll support, and compensation programs.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process HR data, and support HRIS systems.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in various HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (often preferred).

Pay: ₹15,886.45 - ₹50,000.00 per month
