Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior HR Executive who can join immediately to manage and oversee HR operations in full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR experience in Bahrain, strong communication skills, and proven expertise in handling HR functions independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Manage LMRA, SIO, WPS, visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
- Oversee payroll coordination, leave, attendance, and overtime management
- Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, terminations, and grievance handling as per legal procedures
- Draft and review HR policies, employment contracts, and internal communications
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance reporting
- Act as a point of contact between management and employees for HR matters
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior HR Executive or similar role in Bahrain
- Immediate joiner is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, LMRA, SIO, and WPS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in construction, facilities management, or real estate sectors is an advantage
- Candidates currently residing in Bahrain will be preferred
