Senior Hr Executive (3–5 Years Experience) CNC manufaturing

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive HR to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience required in Manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

End-to-end hiring process of CNC Machine Operators , QC & Migrant Employees.

Screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews

Onboarding of selected candidates

Payroll processing

Canteen & Facility Management

Monitoring quality, hygiene, and employee satisfaction

Manpower Handling

Managing workforce allocation

Ensuring proper attendance, discipline, and shift coordination

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and workforce-related matters
