Senior HR Executive/ Admin (Female Only)

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and improvement plans.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee suggestions and concerns related to engagement.
• Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity through engagement initiatives.
• Stay informed about best practices in employee engagement to continuously enhance strategies.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation and paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Address employee inquiries and conduct investigations as needed.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Minimum 2 years of experience is required with good English speaking communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
