The Senior HR Executive – Core HR Operations will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end HR operational activities through Zoho People. This role ensures accurate employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit, statutory compliance support, timely payroll inputs, employee data accuracy, and coordination of POSH-related processes. The role demands strong attention to detail, employee service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Zoho People Administration (End-to-End)
2. Employee Onboarding to Offboarding
Handle the full onboarding process via Zoho People including documentation, induction, and profile setup.
Manage offboarding formalities, clearance workflows, and exit documentation.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor attendance, leave records, and regularize exceptions.
Ensure timely updates and resolve discrepancies.
4. Employee Data Management
5. ESI Registrations
6. Exit Employee Background Checks
7. First-Level Employee Query Handling
Address employee queries related to PF, ESI, and general HR policies.
Provide accurate guidance or escalate when necessary.
8. Payroll Input Coordination
Prepare and share monthly salary inputs with the payroll team.
Ensure accuracy in attendance, LOP, new joiners, exits, and variable components.
9. POSH Compliance & Coordination
Update POSH details on relevant government portals.
Coordinate POSH awareness training, committee meetings, and maintain MoM and related documentation.
