Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive, preferably within the healthcare or hospital sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including internal contracts, employee lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee contracts, renewals, and internal documentation
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data integrity
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and healthcare regulations
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and staffing requirements
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Coordinate payroll activities and manage leave administration
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (if any) is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Experience in managing employee contracts and documentation
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
