We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior HR Executive - TA to contribute to end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technology landscape, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions (developers, engineers, architects, analysts, etc.) across multiple business units.

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define sourcing strategies, and ensure timely hiring.

Source candidates through various channels: job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.

Coordinate and manage technical interviews and follow up with interview panels and candidates.

Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment dashboards with accurate data.

Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding transition.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future hiring needs.

Stay updated on IT market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies.

Drive process improvements and assist in mentoring junior recruiters when needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).

Strong understanding of technical roles.

Expertise in sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and niche platforms.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, Taleo, or similar).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
