We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive / AM-HR with strong experience in Payroll Management to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end payroll processes, communicate effectively, and perform well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure timely salary disbursements, deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and departmental heads for payroll-related matters.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
  • Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required.
  • Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and deductions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or relevant field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on payroll experience (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
