About the Role:
MediBill MD is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to lead HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development at our Lahore office, with a focus on the Medical Billing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment, build sustainable hiring pipelines, conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA), plan employee referral programs, source candidates for hard-to-fill roles, conduct interviews and assessments, ensure positive candidate experience, and mentor the HR/recruiting team.
- Organizational Development: Design and implement training programs, professional development initiatives, and performance improvement strategies; support change management processes; recommend process improvements; and foster a positive, achievement-oriented work environment.
- HR Strategy & Operations: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, advise management on employee engagement, retention, and discipline; maintain HR metrics and KPIs; implement HR policies and best practices; and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Plan initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, conduct workshops and feedback sessions, and implement strategies to improve retention and workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or relevant certifications in Talent Management/OD
- Available to work evening/night shifts (Onsite – Lahore)
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the Medical Billing/service industry
- Strong expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR operations, and employee engagement
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
